Keeping Your Chin up

Some days are better than others. It could be the weather, or not getting enough sleep, or something that may trigger negative from the moment you get up.

It has happened to the best of us, but you need to notice this immediately and remember why you are here. You need to ask yourself this question; what is my purpose, my reason for being? We all have one, we just need to dig to find it at times. For me, it only takes a moment to remember something so much worse like what I had been through. I have been there, done that, and in that moment, I realize, it could be worse for me, much worse. So no matter how down I may feel, I always remember how blessed I am and how someone, somewhere is much worse than I.  I am so lucky and wish to spread that luck and good wishes through my blogs, speeches and the words on the pages in my book.
