Life Experiences

When we have a bad experience at work or home or anywhere for that matter, we should learn for that, right?

When things do not go your way, or the way you “think” they should be, we have to learn what to do next. This is something that can be applied to dealing with a sick family member and how treatments are going, to a job and how things may not be going as you planned.

Something I have learned in my lifetime so far is that every experience whether it is a good one or a bad one is a true learning experience. For example, if you do not like or agree with how a doctor is handling your sick family member and what obstacles you may have to jump or get through to either change things or at least understand why this is happening is a true “learning experience.” Or you are unhappy at your job for a long while and then choose to leave that job. After a period of time you think you may have made a mistake and try to go for a re-hire only to learn you do not get it. You need to learn a few things from both these experiences. First, if something is truly not right and there is danger or a threat, then you need to know when the right time is to act on that thought or finding. Second, if you think something should go a certain way and it does not, then you need to gather all the positive you can from that experience, and move on knowing you tried, learned, and only want to use the good.

Now, I think I may have given you something to think about today. Enjoy!
