I often try to think of ways to help others and happily find myself able to come up with ideas that others enjoy joining in on.
Things like going to the festivals to raise money and sell raffle tickets, participating in book signings, having lunch with friends while we plan fundraisers, events, or a dinner and visit at a Ronald McDonald house.
We will be visiting the Ronald McDonald House in Camden,NJ on June 10th to enjoy an evening with the guests there and share some of our joy, home cooked food, and smiles. As we eat together and listen to the families’ stories, it is my hope that when we leave that evening, we will have helped a few folks through another hard day of treatments. I will gift every guest a copy of my book to read and then hope, that my words will give them encouragement to get up every day and go on with a positive attitude.
