Bowling Party

Once in a while we like to mix things up a bit and do a simple and fun fundraiser with some of our schools. St. Joseph High School Football team is one of our groups that we like to work with. On May 7th, for a simple 2 hours in Hammonton, NJ at DiDonato’s Bowling Alley, the football team will gather with friends and family and anyone else who might enjoy a little bowling to raise money to help support the Alesia Shute Foundation. Your $10 per person donation will cover you for 2 games and shoes with the option to purchase pizza from us or go into the restaurant on the premises and enjoy a cocktail and some delicious food. We are asking everyone to bring the family for this fun planned evening and we may even have a 50/50 for those who attend.

Our plan for the donations raised that evening is to take a select few from the team up to Ronald McDonald House of Southern NJ, along with some toys and copies of my book, Everything’s Okay, purchase and cook the folks staying at RMH a wonderful breakfast on June 10th. The boys will prepare, serve, and clean up from the breakfast as well as play with the kids who are there receiving treatments or follow up appointments. This opportunity gives the kids a chance to not only have their hand in fundraising and committing their time, but to see what we do with the money they raise. It is a positive community outreach for all and they have a blast doing it.

If you might have time the night of May 7th and want to bowl, donate, or just swing by for a drink and to maybe purchase my inspirational story come on by.
