Annie Hart

I recently reconnected with a colleague, Annie, for a session on how to deal with things that make sense and to try to deal with things that make no sense. It is a bit difficult to explain, but Annie and I met a few years back when she was hired by my publisher to help me draw comfort in speaking to large groups. She has an interesting way of helping people deal with things like that—definitely not traditional public speaking. Today was a free session on something she has just begun doing, and my curiosity got the best of me, so, I volunteered to give it a try. It only took minutes for me to remember her unusual way of working with you and the psychology behind it all. Annie digs deep—not that deep—but enough to make you think about all the things she is throwing at you (none of which seem to make sense until the bitter end of the session). Think, relax, breathe, speak what comes to mind, are all ways she gets into your head, and when we completed what we began, I spent the rest of the day in deep thought about all that I do. I loved it. I recommend you find her website and/or her Facebook page and learn about all she does. Tell her I sent you.
