What a week! Going to New York has always been a treat for me. I have always enjoyed dinners at the amazing restaurants and the shows, or just walking around and taking in the sights. There is another side of this wonderful town that is simply for business and that was the reason for my most recent visit. This “business” side of New York was an entirely new experience fof me. Corey Michael Blake, my publisher/publicist, and my husband and I spend one entire day cabbing from one big magazine interview to another. One building was more spectacular than the next and we were welcomed with open arms and a warmth that made us immediately feel comfortable. Now all we have to do is wait to see if and when the story will run on my upcoming comic book. Since it is a pretty new concept they are all intrigued by it and by my story. Wish me luck! It can only make things better for us to raise more donations for CHOP and gift more of my wonderful books. Sharing my message and hope is a special gift I love to share with all of you, and I hope that I can continue reaching out and making a difference!
