We recently were away for a little trip and the conversation with friends was sharing what our favorite foods were. For those who know me, I love to eat and for me it is usually about eating well prepared foods that are healthy. I am not obsessed with healthy but close to it and love to try to prepare all our meals with nutritional value. We also shared our favorite cheat foods which can also be nutritious if prepared properly. I just love pizza and pasta. These two things are foods I do not eat very often but when I do they are enjoyed. I even prefer those choices over sweets which are another thing I do not eat often but when I do, again, they are savored. Everyone I speak to has similar stories of their go to foods when they want to “splurge”or “cheat” and for that we love to share our thoughts. What are yours?
