The more I think about it, the more I realize when someone came up with the phrase winter’s fury, she meant it! I struggle with the same questions year in and year out. Why are some winters so very mild and others so very abusive? Why does it snow so much some years and others hardly at all? Why are summers hot, humid, sometimes rainy and sometimes dry? Are there even scientific answers to these questions? Is mother nature really in control or are we destined never to find out? Are we causing the weather extremes by littering, smoking, using too much gas and oil? Sometimes we get lucky and get through a couple of seasons without the drastic ups and downs and highs and lows. However, they always occur again, leaving me wondering whether it means anything. I’m open to answers or any ideas you have!
