A Sick Kid

Tonight my granddaughters were over for dinner and the younger one, Jaydn woke from a nap a bit cranky and seemed  little under the weather.

She was clinging to mom, crying and refused to even try to watch her favorite television show or eat her favorite noodles. I felt that I was going to cry while this was going on. She may be just in a bad mood, which is not her character or possibly coming down with a cold. It made me so sad to watch her distress, although it may only be a cold or even nothing at all, I felt that strong urge to help, reach out to her, hold her, make her smile. That is exactly what I want to do for all children. Impossible as it may seem I can touch many lives by gifting my book to others, and by gifting the profits to CHOP. My own little way of touching many many lives of children in two different ways. I am so happy I am on this mission. Please join me.
