Just how important is a good nurse? We probably take them for granted at times, so today I want to salute all nurses. I’d like to tell them we need you, we care, and we appreciate all that you do to make our lives more comfortable. Whether it be a visit to the doctor’s office, a stay in the hospital, or anything in between, you are the unsung heroes of our safety and comfort. Your soothing voice, your constant checking on and memory of not just my needs but multiple patients, all at the same time: here here to our nurses!
